Over 500 projects funded since our inception!
The CEKF has a simple mission to direct funding toward other nonprofit projects that help those affected by the disease of depression. We are proud to announce that we have provided over $4.5 million to 505 projects to date. Those impressive statistics indicate that we are and have made an incredible impact in our Wisconsin communities and the diverse populations within them.
Our project list is vast and the number and quality of the nonprofit organizations we have supported continues to grow. Please visit our Projects Funded page for a full listing of all of our past grants and the populations served. Our most recent roster is on the first page of this newsletter.
We understand the mental health funding landscape is undergoing scrutiny and change, both federally and at the state level. We want our donors, nonprofit partners and community to know that we are here to help serve as we are able. Your generous donations are as critical as ever to safeguard the continued support of The CEKF in our communities.
We promise to do our best to allocate funding to the most impactful and needed projects within each of our Spring and Fall grant cycles. Please visit page three for a formal introduction of our newest Grant Review Committee members. We welcome Leslie Orozco Henry, Dr. Sara Kohlbeck and Dalicia Simpson to our GRC. We know they will provide their expertise and due diligence to help us ensure quality mental health funding.
As always – THANK YOU FOR YOUR CONTINUED SUPPORT!
You are making a difference!
